20 Minutes of Exercise Challenge at Lemmer!

Dear Lemmer Parents,
One of the goals of our Physical Education program is to turn children on to a lifetime of fitness. Exercise is one way to improve someone’s overall health. Because of this, we are putting out a challenge to the students at Lemmer. We want them to think of ways that they can keep their bodies healthy. We would like your child to do 20 minutes of some kind of exercising, write down the activity and get a parent/guardian signature on one of our “20 Minute Challenge” sheets. The students can turn in one sheet per day to Mr. Wright or Mrs. O’Connell to be entered into a drawing at every Spirit Assembly. One winner from each grade will be drawn and receive a prize.
I am encouraging all parents to talk with your child about this challenge and possibly join your child in the exercise. It is a great way to spend some quality time with your child. Be creative and make it fun!
Sheets can be picked up from Mr. Wright, Mrs. O’Connell or the school office.
Thank you very much!
